systems per various discharge components after making a
comprehensive analysis of flare discharge gases in order to utilize
different flare gas components to a maximum extent.
Sunpower uses software like FlareSim to make process calculations
on the flare system to ensure safe burning of flare gases at the
specific engineering conditions and makes sure that heat radiation
and discharge of harmful materials satisfy environmental protection
requirements.
To adapt to the trend for large process units, we use CAESAR II and
the like to analyze the stress of hot pipelines to ensure safety
and steady operation of the unit.
We can use Fluent to make digital simulating calculations on flare
combustion field, thus providing guidance for designing flare tips.
We have acquired rich experiences in guarding against heat
radiation, fire, rain and back fire so as to realize low energy
losses.
Flare gases are stably collected per different components by
application of automatic height- adjustable water sealing valve and
special technology of setting flare gas filtering container on the
flare gas recovery pipelines. The flare gas is collected while it
is discharging, which roduces great economic benefits.
Our flare systems are widely applied in waste gas treatment and
recovery projects in refinery, petrochemical, coal chemical,
metallurgical and pharmaceutical fields.
